WordPress themes and plugins DO NOT inherit the GPL v2

Last week, the WordPress scene once again exploded with debate about the GPL v2. The fuse? A WordPress developer was removed from the CodePoet.com directory because he actively supported the commercial theme "Thesis" . The community ruckus spawned several articles about the subject, including this article I wrote as a response to the situation.This post is an update to my previous article.
